Until the Halloween Contest is over on the 15th, anyone who gets a referral to join Deviant's Gallery will get a work of theirs featured in a Blog, which will be posted the day the Halloween Contest goes up for voting!
The rules are very simple... post a Journal, or what ever you would like to do, in order to get your friends on DA to come check us out. When they join the Group, have them post a reply to this Blog saying; "______ referred me." It will ONLY count to new signs-ups. I will be picking the works to get featured as well. Remember... they MUST reply to this Blog saying you referred them, as I cannot know unless I am told!
BUT WAIT! Why would you keep referring people to us with the incentive to only get one work featured? Well, here is how it will work... the more referrals you get to sign up for D.G., the more works you get featured in the Blog!
1 referral = 1 featured work
5 referrals - 2 featured works
10 referrals = 3 featured works

Opinions please?
Hit the 25 pound mark, I am officially 1/3 of the way there!
Need opinions. Still felt like crap this morning, so I only did very light cardio. But, I decided to test my strength limits to get a feel on where I should go. What do you guys think?
Bicep Curl - 80 pounds
Tricep Extenstion - 95 pounds
Ab Cruncher - 140 pounds
Pec Curl (Can't remember the name of it) - 115 pounds
Dammit
I've lost 23 pounds... and my back is STILL throwing out. I was cooling down on the treadmill and BAM... that was it.
Good deal... really needed that.
So...
I have lost 20 pounds in the last month, going to the gym 6 or 7 days a week. My knee has stopped collapsing for the most part.
How ever, my back is still royally screwed up.
Son of a bitch.
